Wins to call out

Three things that landed harder than planned.

  1. Rubric versioning shipped three weeks earlySeeds the compliance-evidence story for Q2. Meridian and NovaFi have both opted in.
  2. Five9 integration cut median ingest lag 41%Down from 92s to 54s. The speed-to-dashboard promise in the pitch now has a customer-visible proof point.
  3. Nuria (Meridian) agreed to referenceFirst on-the-record customer. Approved for web quote, conference mention, and one inbound prospect intro per quarter.

The quarter ahead

Q2 priorities · committed

Eight priorities, ranked by must / should / could.

Ownership is the accountable team, not the DRI. Must = shipped by Q2 close; Should = in flight by Q2 close; Could = scoped but not committed.

Lesson from the quarter
The customers we helped most were the ones who already knew their rubric was broken — not the ones who trusted theirs. We're not selling replacement QA. We're selling proof that the QA process is catching what leadership thinks it's catching.

What we'll need

Two asks to unblock the Q2 commitments.

ASK ONE · HEADCOUNT.   One senior ML engineer added to the research team. Blocker for Spanish-language transcription and for the second enterprise's latency SLA. Time-to-productive estimated at 8 weeks, so we want the offer out by end of April.

ASK TWO · BUDGET.   $140K additional compute budget for Q2 to run the enterprise workload at contractual headroom. Current utilization on the HarborCare line is sitting at 78% of provisioned capacity; the second logo lands us over 95% on day one.

Both asks are committed to numbers above. If either slips, we'll re-rank the must / should / could list and come back before Q2 kickoff.
