Printed Media
Single-page print deliverables — one-pagers and posters across A4, Letter, and A3.
Single-page print deliverables in A4, Letter, or A3. Two artefacts — one-pager (company-forward leave-behind), poster (product-forward booth piece).
Two artefacts
| Artefact | Default size | Composition | Masthead | Bleed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
one-pager | a4-portrait | company-forward | subtle | no |
poster | a3-portrait | product-forward | brand-band | yes |
Paper sizes
| Key | ISO | Orientation | Dimensions |
|---|---|---|---|
a4-portrait | A4 | portrait | 210mm × 297mm |
a4-landscape | A4 | landscape | 297mm × 210mm |
letter-portrait | Letter | portrait | 8.5in × 11in |
a3-portrait | A3 | portrait | 297mm × 420mm |
Letter landscape is omitted — A4 landscape covers the same horizontal-one-pager need without a near-duplicate.
Composition
- One-pagers are company-forward. The Ontopix wordmark sits in the masthead. A one-pager is a sales leave-behind where the reader may not know Ontopix yet.
- Posters are product-forward. The product name (Audibot, Voice Agents, …) takes the masthead; the Ontopix wordmark moves to the footer next to the URL. A poster lives at a trade-show booth where Ontopix context is established.
Mastheads
Two modes, selected per artefact by the masthead field; the same partial renders either.
subtle— Thin-rule masthead: logo left, product tag right, paper-200 rule below.brand-band— Dark-brand strip carrying only the product kicker. Logo lives in the footer (product-forward).
The brand-band masthead carries no wordmark; per the product-forward rule the Ontopix wordmark moves to the footer.
Vertical rhythm
Sibling sections default to 14mm. Concept-paired sections collapse to 10mm so they visually bind. Big-small-big communicates hierarchy without ruling lines.
Type roles
Locked for print, never swap.
| Role | Font role |
|---|---|
| Hero | docs (serif) |
| Chrome / labels | ui |
| CTA / URL | actionable |
See Typography → Role Mapping for the underlying decision tree.
Footer QR slot
Reserved block: 22mm × 22mm. The placeholder in the design reference is a clearly-not-a-QR dotted grid; production drops a real QR into this footprint. The fixed footprint keeps layout stable whether or not a QR ships.
Bleed and safe zone
- One-pagers: no bleed. Safe zone enforced via a 20mm body margin.
- Posters: bleed to page edge. Critical content inboard by 10mm from trim; side copy breathes further with 18mm horizontal padding.
Color authoring
Tokens are authored in OKLCH (wide-gamut). For press runs, request a soft-proof before committing — do not rely on sRGB → CMYK autoconversion for brand-critical colors.
